About the Role:

We're looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in attracting top retail store talent! You'll focus on nurturing talent for hourly store positions, helping our stores with recruitment projects, and keeping the hiring process running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings and respond to candidate inquiries
• Source new candidates on Indeed and LinkedIn (when time permits)
• Guide candidates through the application process
• Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Collaborate with store managers on special recruitment projects
• Open, close, and review store requisitions
• Provide excellent customer service to all candidates

Skills & Requirements:

• Interest in a recruiting coordinator/support role (not a recruiter or sourcing role)
• Eager to learn quickly and adaptable to various tasks and projects
• Strong customer service skills (retail, recruiting, or sales experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and ability to market opportunities to candidates
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a follow-through mindset and ability to work at a fast pace
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adjust hours for candidates in different time zones
