Your primary focus will be engaging with prospective clients, showcasing a deep understanding of our brand and programs to surpass sales targets. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, maintaining strong relationships with families, and collaborating closely with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless enrollment process. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building community partnerships will be instrumental in your success. This position requires flexibility, as you will be engaging with parents during varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. While most of the role is remote, you will also participate in community outreach activities to promote our services. The first 30 days will involve onsite training. If you have a background in outbound sales, health, fitness, or hospitality sales, and possess excellent communication skills along with a proactive approach to generating leads, we would love to hear from you.
