Job Description - Territory Sales Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading supplier of lubricants serving automotive, commercial and industrial clients. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, they have established their company as a trusted partner in these sectors. They are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.   Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory covering the Indianapolis area
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to make informed sales strategies 
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts 
Territory Sales Manager Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred 
  • Proven experience in sales, especially within the industrial, manufacturing or oil and gas industries 
  • 3+ years of proven sales success 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory
