Territory Sales Representative

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth?

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join clients team in Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and increasing market share and profitability within your designated geographic area. Your success will be driven by cultivating solid relationships with both existing and potential customers, based on integrity, trust, product knowledge, and exceptional service.

Position: Territory Sales Representative

Location: Tennessee

Salary plus commission - $60k base

This position offers excellent commission opportunities.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Experience: Previous sales experience required

Travel: Required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily sales calls with existing and potential customers, visiting their facilities.

  • Deliver sales presentations on products, samples, displays, and the company's corporate vision at customer facilities.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of vinyl flooring, wood flooring, and laminate flooring.

  • Carry samples weighing up to 50lbs into retail dealers’ facilities.

  • Sell and assemble display racks weighing 50lbs or more.

  • Prepare weekly reports detailing business history and transactions.

  • Analyze territory sales information, product needs, competitor products, price points, and market conditions.

  • Utilize corporate computer reports to analyze sales data specific to the territory.

  • Manage travel and entertainment expenditures within the territory.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Previous sales experience required.

  • Proficiency in using a laptop computer/tablet and basic Microsoft Windows software, specifically MS Office.

  • Must travel in a vehicle capable of carrying various product materials and sample boards.

  • Must reside within the Georgia territory.
