Ally Pediatric Therapy is looking for a BCBA here in the Phoenix area that is ready to take on the BCBA role in a new and fun way, as an Assessment Coordinator, BCBA.

Our integrated model ensures that speech and feeding are additional services provided at each clinic location by Ally’s licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologists. We meet families where they are and create an individualized therapy plan that is not predicated on a full-time schedule. Our goal is for families of all backgrounds and means to access the critical therapy they need, so we do not prioritize any funders or payors and we proudly partner with Arizona Medicaid plans.
Position Mission:
As an integral part of our intake team, the Assessment Coordinator's focus is to assess and write treatment plans for incoming clients in a timely manner so that our clinical team can begin therapy.

Requirements
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Strong preference for candidates with existing licensure status in the state of Arizona.
Must be competent in administering a variety of assessments and creating treatment plans.
Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid Certification.
Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
