BB Sales Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and helpful individuals to help us achieve our objective. As our Business to Business (B2B) sales associate, you will be responsible for taking care of our existing accounts while also developing new accounts to expand our overall B2B business. The B2B staff maintains excellent customer relationships while growing our customer base. Duties include tracking B2B purchases to identify trends and anticipating them proactively. Created and maintained sales lead files, researched quotes, bids, and orders, and processed them. The B2B staff represents our customers externally.

We have been in business for over 100 years since 1913 and intend to continue to remember what brought us here and continue to serve our communities as we have.

Requirements

* Education and Training: High School degree or G.E.D equivalent, some college preferred. Product knowledge and a willingness to learn is a plus.

* Experience: Outside Sales and Marketing experience a plus. Experience in a Retail setting is beneficial. Knowledgeable of the community.

* Skills/Knowledge: Excellent organizational ability and knowledge of retail computer systems a plus. MS Word, Excel, etc.

* A high degree of effective communication skills is a necessity. The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and listening skills are imperative.

* Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass the MVR to drive our vehicles (clean driving record) and background check.

* Demonstrated ability to keep an upbeat attitude and positive attitude.

* Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, stoop, bend, reach, walk, pull, lift, and carry.
