Exciting Opportunity: Long Term Care Sales Representative (Confidential)
Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 base + Unlimited Commission Potential

We are seeking a highly motivated Long Term Care Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing organization.
As a Long Term Care Sales Representative, you will have the freedom to choose your sales focus, whether it's insurance-based home care, private pay home care, or assisted living facilities. You will primarily target the greater Twin Cities metro area and the state of Minnesota , reaching out to potential clients and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key prospects in the long-term care market, including insurance-based home care, private pay home care, and assisted living facilities.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Cold call and prospect through various channels to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients to showcase the benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility as a knowledgeable resource in the long-term care industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and seamless client experience.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, changes, and emerging trends to position our offerings effectively.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in long-term care, insurance-based home care, private pay home care, or assisted living facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition.
- Self-motivated, competitive mindset with a hunger for success in a results-oriented sales environment.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills with a focus on outbound sales activities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and monitor progress.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the greater Twin Cities metro area and the state of Minnesota.
