We are currently seeking a Compliance Senior Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

 

 

Compliance Senior Associate

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

1 year applicable insurance investigation experience

Highschool or GED Diploma

1 years experience Investigating and responding to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, & Attorney

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Reviewing of Power of Attorney Documents for various clients

- Ability to Communicate effectively and professionally with internal customers and clients to professionally resolve complaints and other assigned task.

- Ability to Adapt to shifting priorities in order to respond to customer and business partner needs.

- Ability to Develop and maintains a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.

- Ability to Develops understanding of internal operations and how related functional areas interact to achieve results. 

- Time management skills with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment

Investigating and responding to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, Attorney for various clients

- Daily & Monthly OFAC review for various clients.

- Perform research in support of assigned team members.

 

***Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm CST). Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements.
