Amazon’s Device, Digital, and Alexa Support (D2AS) team needs a content developer to create high-profile customer-facing content and internal guidance. In this role you will: - Develop troubleshooting guides, how-tos, FAQs, release notes, and other documentation accessed by millions of customers globally
- Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex, global projects
- Drive content projects from planning through post-launch analytics
- Improve content quality, maintainability, and usability
- Identify and implement strategies to increase team efficiency

Our content team supports millions of customers across the popular Amazon products Kindle and Fire Tablets. We create scalable support content while maintaining Amazon's standard of world-class customer service. Using data and direct customer feedback, we continuously improve our content and to meet evolving needs. Closely partnering with program managers, localization experts, associate trainers and more, we translate technical specifications into intuitive customer-facing content. We also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, PR and product teams to develop content that delivers an exceptional experience from purchase to technical support. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
