Using data and direct customer feedback, we continuously improve our content and to meet evolving needs. Closely partnering with program managers, localization experts, associate trainers and more, we translate technical specifications into intuitive customer-facing content. We also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, PR and product teams to develop content that delivers an exceptional experience from purchase to technical support. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
