Job Description - Corporate Business Developer Manager

Business Development Leader

Location: USA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to

achieve and surpass targets for international nurse staffing.

• Drive initiatives to identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities in the

healthcare sector.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, partners,

universities, and key stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture

of excellence and collaboration.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to

inform strategic decisions.

• Represent Miles Education at conferences, seminars, and industry events to

network and promote our services.

• Oversee the entire business development process, from prospecting and lead

generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior business development role within the healthcare

staffing industry, with a focus on international placements.

• Demonstrated success in creating and executing business development strategies

that drive significant growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a solid

background in sales healthcare is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences, seminars, and industry

events.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment in the

USA.
