We are seeking a highly polished, professional, and committed Corporate Director of Guest Experience - Hospitality. The person in this role needs to be passionate about enhancing the guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in luxury hospitality and have a strong background in managing guest interactions comprehensively. Those with experience in front desk or guest services, who are skilled in training and leading teams, and exemplify outstanding hospitality, are encouraged to apply.
Corporate Director of Guest Experience Qualifications:
- At least three years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel environment
- Familiarity with AAA and Forbes rating standards
- Proven ability to design training and development programs for guest-facing staff, such as front desk personnel.
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, with a focus on training and development
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hospitality and guest services
- A true champion of hospitality
Corporate Director of Guest Experience Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold the highest standards for guest interactions and experiences
- Collaborate with the corporate team to develop a cohesive vision for guest service and hospitality
- Design and implement training and development plans to ensure team members deliver unforgettable guest experiences
- Develop training modules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for guest service teams
- Coordinate with hotel General Managers to enhance guest experiences
Corporate Director of Guest Experience Benefits:
