Must Have:

• 4 - 6 years of experience working as a CVP Developer
• Experienced with Speech applications, JDBC/ADO.NET, ASR/TTS, and CTI architecture
• Worked with contact center technology, IVR, dialogue design techniques, and MS SQL
• Well versed with Oracle, Informix, Web Services, and HTTP/XML
