We are looking for a dedicated Dental Regional Manager to oversee 6-10 DOCS Dental Practices in multiple states. You will play a critical role spearheading growth, process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and train, mentor and promote future leaders.

  • Audit, analyze revenue targets, operational processes and expense controls for all assigned practices in territory.
  • Review daily production schedule with Office Managers to assist with appropriate staffing levels and expense controls.
  • Develop, train and direct team members utilizing sound operating principles and company policies and procedures.
  • Determine causes of low performance from available data and reports and take appropriate action to determine and execute a course of action.
  • Study operations where cost standards are not met to problem solve and correct in concert with Office Managers and Sr. Director of Operations
  • Coach and develop teamwork in the practices to attain regional objectives.
  • Ensure good housekeeping at the practice level.
  • Ensure or conduct month-end physical inventory of raw materials, supplies and finished goods.
  • Conduct or ensure completion of safety audits in assigned practices.
  • Additional projects and/or responsibilities, as assigned.
  • A minimum of seven years (7) years of dental management experience in a fast-paced environment or a minimum of five years (5) of experience in a lead clinical dental position and four years (4) of management experience
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgement, leadership and flexibility in varying situations, and must maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to conduct oral and written presentations
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required
  • Self-paced initiative with the ability to prioritize daily/weekly/monthly schedules
  • Able to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Experienced with coaching and training multi-unit/multi-practice supervisory experience utilizing various methods
  • Able to contribute both individually and a part of a team
  • Able to work flexible hours including early morning and evening hours with some weekends required
