JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure seamless alignment between marketing output and overall business goals, values, and strategies through close collaboration with sales.

• Play an integral role as a member of the Core Leadership team, offering unique insights and perspectives that drive cross-functional success.

• Establish and execute quality lead generation initiatives that deliver results within target ROI metrics, informed by close partnership with Sales leadership.

• Take the reins on Clarity’s marketing strategy and event marketing calendars, working hand in hand with senior and sales leadership to prioritize and maximize impact.

• Own the budget for all marketing goals, deftly adapting tactics and tools to deliver results, and overseeing digital marketing and website strategy.

• Cultivate a data-driven mindset across the organization, constantly defining and challenging KPIs and metrics to optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Drive comprehensive social media strategies for Clarity through outsourced vendors, delivering impressive results across multiple platforms.

• Partner with Sales leadership to create compelling, customer-specific selling stories that drive opportunity creation and close rates.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and deliver consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, including trade shows, email marketing, social media, and website.

• Champion a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the marketing department, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to build a team of execution-focused marketing professionals.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of successful marketing execution experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces, strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize, can prioritize competing work priorities, uses time efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, openness to change in response to new information, or evolving or unexpected circumstances.
  • Superior interpersonal skills – listens to others, respectful of differing opinions, works well in a team environment, and committed to upholding our values.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in front of colleagues, peers, and executive management.
  • Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
