Job Title: Door Shop Lead
Pay & FSLA Status: $25-$28 + KPI bonus incentives, D.O.E.; Hourly non-exempt
Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1
Paid Sick Time: 1 hour earned per 40 hours worked
Management Position: No

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Door Shop Lead plays a critical role within our operations team as an individual who is cross-trained in all door shop functions and responsibilities, acts as a mentor to fellow team members, and provides training and coaching to achieve organizational goals. The door shop is responsible for meeting and maintaining productivity goals while producing a quality product that is expected by OrePac's external customers through the utilization of timely, productive, safe, and cost-effective methods. This position acts as a mentor to fellow team members and provides training and coaching to achieve organizational goals. This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.
