Job Summary:

The Full-Time Drupal Developer will play a crucial role in building, enhancing, and maintaining web applications and digital platforms using Drupal. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly and efficient solutions that meet client needs. This position requires a strong understanding of Drupal architecture, development best practices, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drupal Development:

- Design, develop, and implement custom Drupal modules and themes based on project specifications.

- Collaborate with the team to improve existing Drupal sites, ensuring performance optimization and best practices.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Drupal, debugging and resolving errors in a timely manner.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights during the project lifecycle.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to an agile team environment.

1. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough testing of developed features to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.

- Implement version control and deployment processes to maintain stability in production environments.

1. Documentation and Support:

- Create technical documentation for codebases, module functionality, and deployment procedures.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Drupal websites, assisting clients with questions and enhancements.

1. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Drupal development, web technologies, and digital solutions.

- Attend workshops, webinars, and professional development events to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in Drupal development (minimum 2-3 years) with a strong portfolio of work.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with additional CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) is a plus.

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
