Here's what you'll do:

• Dive Deep: Analyze bid documents and attend pre-bid meetings to determine project scope.
• Master Takeoffs: Perform meticulous electrical material takeoffs and quantify accurate estimates.
• Subcontractor Savvy: Secure competitive quotes from subcontractors and vendors for optimal project value.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the team to identify and select the best vendors and subcontractors for each project.
• Schedule Guru: Develop detailed electrical project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Meeting Maestro: Actively participate in project meetings throughout the job lifecycle.
• Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety and quality focus on all projects.
• Communication Champion: Clearly communicate with team members and trade partners to foster collaboration.

Are you the perfect candidate?

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of electrical project management or estimating experience with a proven track record of success.
• Prior hands-on electrical field experience is a valuable asset.
• You're a software pro, familiar with estimating tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick (or similar).
• Your organizational and planning skills are top-notch.
• You excel in both written and verbal communication for clear and concise project updates.
• You're a team player with a positive attitude and a self-motivated drive.
• A strong understanding of construction practices and methods is a plus.
