The Employment Engagement Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, initiatives, and programs.

What You Need:

• Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong sense of community within our Agency.
• Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage a diverse calendar of events, from social gatherings to professional development workshops, ensuring seamless execution and maximum participation.
• Communication and Outreach: Craft compelling communications to promote events and initiatives, utilizing various channels to reach our diverse workforce.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze event metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future programming.

What We Need:

Proven experience: Demonstrated success in event planning, community building, or a related field

Valid Driver's License

Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

Cultural Competence: Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to create inclusive experiences that cater to the divers needs of our workforce.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with event management tools, communication platforms and data analysis software.
