Field Marketing Manager

Statewide Remodeling is hiring immediately for a  Field Marketing Manager to lead our Canvassing team based out of Bentonville, AR. What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of door-to-door marketers to drive lead generation and local awareness
• Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our brands, our products, and new industry developments
• Be the face of Statewide Remodeling while becoming a fearless face-to-face communicator

What We Expect from You:

• Previous experience in a canvassing or general field marketing position required
• Previous management experience preferred
• Ability to develop and motivate employees
• Experience with and understanding of CRM systems 
• Hands on approach that energizes the workforce
• Solid understanding of KPIs and how to manage them in a team setting
• Strong communicators with a customer-centric mindset
