Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end solutions in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud environment, with a focus on FSM - Scheduling, Dispatch, parts Management, and metrics reporting.
Lead SAP Service Cloud implementation and support projects, troubleshooting complex technical problems related to the SAP Sales and Service Cloud environment.
Recommend and implement testing plans (A/B) to understand drivers of response and value.
Participate in meetings, build trust with internal business customers, and align solutions with business objectives.
Define and implement interfaces to upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless integration.
Manage and understand functional architecture analysis, research, design, and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services.
Utilize your extensive experience in SAP CRM Sales & Service processes to enhance the overall SAP landscape.
Hands-on experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup, including CTI integration.
Implement Field Service Management processes, including scheduling, dispatch, parts management, and setting up reports/KPIs.
Leverage your experience in business process automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of other FSM products like Click Software, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, etc., is considered an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in SAP Sales and Service Cloud is a plus.
Proven experience in SAP CX implementations, specifically in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 and V2.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales & Service processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with internal business customers.
Experience in business process automation and a track record of successful SAP implementations.
Familiarity with other FSM products such as Click Software, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, etc., is advantageous.
