Responsibilities
• Onboard new salon associates and groomers, provide ongoing learning opportunities • Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) assessment on all pets • Perform dog grooming services to breed standards and client preferences • Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate • Develop leadership skills and gain experience in different business units • Tackle new salon openings or turnaround struggling salons • Transfer to any one of our 1600 stores nationwide
Requirements
• Completion of all training requirements and annual safety certifications • Experience in pet grooming • Strong leadership and customer service skills • Ability to assess and recommend pet services • Knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques • Passion for the safety and well-being of pets
