Job Description: Head of HR (BPO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Oversee employee relations including handling grievances and disciplinaries
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Desired Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a BPO industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Experience in managing recruitment and performance appraisal processes
