HR Generalist

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an  HR Generalist  position in Baltimore, MD.

In office role

IN-OFFICE POSITION

W-2 position

• Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract

• Length: 6+ months, possible extension

• Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P

• Pay rate: $35/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• The HR Generalist will be responsible for Employee relations and lead recruiting efforts to assure access, attract, and successfully place highly competent and successful candidates.

• Take a lead role in employee relations–gathers data, conducts investigations and reports findings.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees

• Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and complaints

Requirements for the HR Generalist position:

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

• 3+ years of employee relations experience gathering data, conducting investigations and reporting findings.

• Experience with Power companies, E ngineering and Construction or Energy industry
