HR Manager

To manage and oversee key human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role involves acting as a liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire staffing process, from job posting to employee exit, including interviewing and selection, and coordinating with staffing agencies. Administering compensation and benefits programs, managing payroll processes, and ensuring accurate data maintenance. Facilitating new employee orientation, developing and managing training programs, and overseeing regular employee training initiatives. Maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), managing employee visa and work authorizations, and addressing work-related issues. Managing HR-related documentation, overseeing office supply procurement, and liaising with external vendors and service Addressing employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive work environment. Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Qualification: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 5 years of experience in a related HR role. Proficient in HR administration, knowledgeable in laws and government regulations related to HR, adept in conflict resolution and communication Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software and tools. The role includes mostly desk-based work with occasional walking and repetitive motions.
