We are looking for Call Center - Inside Sales Representatives who are focused on identifying and optimizing SMB accounts in markets that we serve. Our ideal candidate will help businesses create and implement a technology roadmap to take the business to the next level while building a career that provides financial security and work life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping clients build a plan to implement technology solutions for their businesses.
  • Making outbound sales calls to generate business-to-business leads.
  • Scheduling sales appointments for Account Executives.
  • Assisting and supporting sales team with maintaining existing accounts and closing new deals.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Self-starter who is proactive and focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, highly productive, and goal-driven environment.
  • Coachable and 100% Commitment to becoming successful.
  • 1 year of B2B Sales experience preferred, will consider candidates with strong B2C sales or customer service background.
  • Ability to develop new business and exceed goals.
