Insurance Broker

Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Insurance Broker to join our team. In Trilogy Life Agency, you'll engage with potential clients who have reached out to our agency seeking information about life insurance policies and retirement plans. This position operates on a commission-only basis, meaning your compensation is directly tied to the policies you sell.

• Starting commission level is 80% and can escalate up to 130%.

With the potential to earn $100K+ annually as an average performer, $150K+ as a top performer, and $300K+ as an elite performer, the earning prospects are lucrative. Average commission per sale falls within the range of $800-1,200.

Core Activities :

• Handling inbound leads.
• Managing appointment schedules based on client inquiries.
• Assessing client needs to propose suitable life insurance solutions.
• Presenting and elucidating insurance policy options with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and client interactions.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales.
• Participating in training sessions and staying abreast of industry developments.

Requirements :
