About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in iOS development, with significant expertise in Swift. As an iOS Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust iOS applications, guiding the development team, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Strategy:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable iOS applications.
• Define and oversee the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the iOS development team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Innovation & Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest iOS and Swift advancements, trends, and technologies.
• Continuously improve the development process and codebase to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Advocate for and implement solutions to optimize application performance and user experience.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage technical aspects of iOS projects from inception through to delivery.
• Work closely with product management, QA, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in iOS application development.
• Extensive experience with Swift, including a deep understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex iOS applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Objective-C, with a strong understanding of interoperability between Swift and Objective-C.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with Apple development tools (Xcode, Instruments, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Education:
