Pay : $75-$90 per visit with mileage reimbursement (dependent on distance)

Position Overview:

We're looking for compassionate Licensed Medical Social Workers to join our team. As a Medical Social Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our clients and their families, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients and their families
• Develop individualized care plans to address clients' psychosocial needs
• Provide counseling and support to clients and families to enhance coping skills and promote well-being
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Medical Social Worker (LCSW) in [state]
