We are currently in search of Licensed Mental Health Professionals (including Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Psychologists) to join our team as independent contractor counselors and therapists. Potential for long-term full-time positions is available. Location:
Remote (within the United States) Responsibilities: Join us as we expand our online counseling platform. You bring the clinical expertise, and we handle the rest.
Enjoy consistent referrals, with opportunities to build a full clinical caseload within the first 30-60 days.
Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
Develop personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide medication management services for clients as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes for clients.
Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
Qualifications: Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with current state licensure.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth environment.
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Exhibit excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
Feel comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions.
