Maintenance Manager
Our Vancouver-based client is looking for a Maintenance Manager with strong leadership skills to join their onsite team! This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on overseeing a team and improving processes, while the organization continues to rapidly grow. Occasional weekend and after-hours work as needed.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities 

Train, supervise, and hire employees of the maintenance department.

Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and mechanical systems.

Track metrics of facility performance and develop strategies for improvements.

Implement workplace safety policies and keep up-to-date documentation of facilities.

Operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally. 

Maintenance Manager Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent experience.

Prior operational-related experience in a manufacturing environment. 

Working knowledge of electrical systems 

Previous supervisory experience required. 

Effective communication and mentoring skills.

Strong decision making and analytical skills. 

Salary: $90k-$100k (DOE)
