MANAGERS IN TRAINING (MIT)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass post-offer mouth swab drug test;
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous retail management experience.

Successful Manager's in Training are independent yet collaborative, gets things done, and puts daily focus on developing their leadership and coaching skills.

A day in the life of a Manager in Training varies, but regular activities include:

• Putting focus on sales floor and retention activities;
• Support employee engagement and motivation activities;
• Ensuring the store merchandise, displays, and electronics are rotated, clean, attractive, and organized;
• Assist with sales activities and customer retention efforts as needed;
• Assist the Store Manager in daily activities as needed.
