2+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
The Global RAD Operations (GRO) network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon internal customers every day. GRO is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Materials Manager I. The role will be part of the Materials Management & Control team that maintains the integrity of materials and relevant data upon receipt from the supplier until delivery to our customers. This is a core function within global RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) operations to ensure materials are identified, tracked, and safely managed. The goal of this team is to implement standards, setup processes, maintain inventory accuracy, setup packaging standards, establish quality control process and monitor compliance to ensure that the materials are delivered efficiently and on-time to our customers. GRO's workflow has three major components: First Mile - receiving and stowing product in RAD; Middle Mile - picking, prepping, and packing the product for shipment; and Last Mile - delivering product to the internal customer's door. Please note that all workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer. Key job responsibilities
Oversee inventory accuracy and control, implementing robust procedures and addressing discrepancies promptly.
Lead initiatives for packaging design and optimization to improve shipping quality and reduce corrugate waste.
Drive the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy for optimized supply chain efficiency.
Manage material identification traceability strategies.
Define and manage sub-inventory attributes to streamline tracking, storage, and retrieval within the warehouse.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient warehouse space utilization, optimizing layout and storage configurations.
Provide crucial support for ERP and WMS systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role required up to 30% travel and regular commute between the warehouse and corporate site within Nashville area.

Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
