  • Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.

As an MGA Occupational Therapist (OT), you can expect:

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social/emotional deficits)
• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
• Active state licensure as required.
• At least 6 months of experience in pediatrics is great but not required.
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
