Outreach Therapist( LCPC, LCSW-C)

GPAC has partnered with a compassionate behavioral health organization that provides trauma-informed services to individuals of all ages in clinics, schools, and community settings. This organization has been chosen by the state to d evelop a new mobile team focusing on students struggling with anxiety and school refusal. They are seeking an Outreach Treatment Therapis t to join this team.

As an Outreach Treatment Therapist , your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing outreach therapy services as part of the newly developed mobile team for anxiety and school refusal cases
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans to effectively address presenting issues and diagnoses
• Regularly assessing treatment progress in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team
• Utilizing trauma-informed strategies, active listening, rapport building, and ongoing needs assessment
• Demonstrating cultural competence in working with diverse client backgrounds
• Coordinating and collaborating with school staff per the agreement with the public school system
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records and documentation for client charts and billing
• Administering assessments to measure the impact of evidence-based practices and client satisfaction
• Adhering to HIPAA, state regulations, CARF standards, professional ethics, and confidentiality protocols
• Maintaining clinical licensure ( LCPC, or LCSW-C)

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Passion for developing skills in treating anxiety and school refusal
• Knowledge of developmental stages and how behaviors adapt to environments
• Client-centered, strengths-based clinical orientation
• Ability to manage crisis situations and client safety risks
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including competitive salary pay ranging based on credentials ranging from 79,000-80,000medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with employer match, CEU days, weekly individual supervision, and monthly group supervision. Training in evidence-based anxiety and school refusal treatment by leading experts will be provided.
