Job Description - Partner Nation Military Police Subject Matter Expert
Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Military Police Course Development / Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting a U.S. Government contract aimed at assisting a partner nation in the development and delivery of comprehensive curriculum covering leadership fundamentals, organizational vision, strategy, and culture. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting engaging and effective training modules that empower participants to excel in their roles. Further details regarding this exciting opportunity will be provided during the interview process. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with partner organizations to design and develop instructional materials for classroom training sessions. Craft compelling presentations, course materials, and interactive classroom activities tailored to meet specific learning objectives. Lead or co-facilitate classroom training sessions, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment. Conduct thorough after-action reviews to gather feedback on training activities and identify areas for improvement. Utilize extensive experience in coordinating with allies and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge exchange. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving work conditions and requirements. Exhibit strong interpersonal and multicultural skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Requirements: Proven track record in instructional design and development, particularly in classroom training settings. Background in U.S. military or law enforcement organizational leadership, strategy, and multicultural environments, ideally ranging from O-4 to O-6 level officer. Demonstrated ability to create impactful presentations, course materials, and engaging classroom activities. Active involvement in facilitating/co-facilitating classroom training sessions. Experience in conducting after-action reviews to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness. Proficiency in coordinating with allies and partners to achieve common objectives. Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic work environments. Possession of a current/active Secret Clearance issued by the Department of Defense.
