Performance Center Manager

Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Center Manager to support the Master Resilience Training Program in support of the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) .  

Essential Job Functions:

• S hall coordinate in conjunction with the GTM and local installation leadership to plan, prepare and execute training and education.  
• P articipate in the local Community Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C), unit operation and training meetings, and community-based event to integrate capabilities provided by the R2PC.  
• S hall ensure quality control of all MRT-PEs to include certification, continuous evaluations, MRT-PE progression to higher levels, and conduct rehearsals for training presentations to ensure MRTPEs are "ready to teach".  
• In c oordination with the GTM shall be responsible for developing the annual training schedule at their respective installation and provide a draft training schedule to the COR-RA for approval .  

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• P ossess a thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives , function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.  
• S hall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can read and understand printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the duties assigned .  
• Must have a professional appearance that is appropriate for their position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution, be a Graduate of MRT level one (MRT training may be completed after start of employment) .  
• M inimum of five years’ relevant experience managing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations .  
• P rior experience serving in the military, as a DOD civilian employee, or have been a military dependent. PCM shall serve as the local installation Point of Contact (POC) for the R2PC matters and lead, manage and direct contractor staff assigned to their respective R2PC  
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.  
• Must be a US citizen.  

The salary range for this position is $77,695 to $94,695 per year.
