Job Description



We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing pharmaceutical care to patients. This is a critical role in our healthcare organization, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Provide medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand proper usage, potential side effects, and any necessary precautions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify medication-related problems and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Stay updated on new medications, treatment guidelines, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of [Location].
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in critical care or acute care settings preferred
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique for sterile compounding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport due to contract requirements.

Compensation | Min: $184,950 Max: $208,125

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
