I am partnered with a well-established plaintiff law firm that is centered around Personal Injury, this is a mid-sized law firm with a multipractice plaintiff firm. This law firm's principle is to helping those who have been injured, whether it is an auto accident or an accident that occurs at work. This position offers the opportunity for mentorship and career growth. The ideal candidate will desire to work cases fully to helping those they represent to attain a measure of justice. Plaintiff Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of insurance litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on complex insurance coverage issues
• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the insurance litigation field

Plaintiff Attorney Skills:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3-15 years of experience in insurance litigation
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry practice
