Product Manager-Data Science

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts in the development and execution of data science projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions at scale
• Utilize predictive modelling, natural language processing (NLP), and other advanced analytical techniques to derive insights and solve complex problems
• Should have experience of leading data science teams in healthcare domain to develop machine learning models.
• Should have prior hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks, utilizing expertise to optimize data science workflows and solutions
• Good to have hands on experience on Python and SQL
• Proactively engage with stakeholders and collaborate with business units to identify valuable data sources and requirements for model development
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data science methodologies, coding standards, and project management processes
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the data science team and across the organization
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science techniques and technologies, and apply them to improve business outcomes
