Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

In this position…

The Integrated Services Product team is looking for a Product Operations Manager, to reduce lead time to value for all product teams, enabling execution across the product lifecycle with greater clarity and efficiency, breaking down the dependency on institutional knowledge and relationship equity for success.

What you’ll do…

+ Deeply understand Product Manager pain points and be the engine for change towards product excellence.

+ Lead the Product Enablement Hub team, providing shard services across the Digital Product organization, inclusive of the following functions:

+ Discovery & Research Enablement

+ Optimize process to connect product teams to customers and ensure efficient and effective methodologies tailored to their specific research needs.

+ Product Analytics

+ Implement tooling to help product managers analyze data and make better-informed decisions.

+ Push our organization to be data driven, ensuring metrics that matter are centralized, public to the team, and clearly articulate our performance.

+ Product Evaluation Vehicle Management

+ Break down barriers for PM’s to efficiently access vehicles, Ford and Non-Ford, supporting Digital Product’s goal of delivering high quality products our customers love.

+ Early Access (beta) Program

+ Help Ford product teams’ access timely quantitative and qualitative data on connected products and experiences from an invested customer beta community so that Product Teams can ensure they are delivering great products and experiences to all of our customers.

+ Product Management training coordination

+ Leverage partnerships with training providers in order to upskill the organization.

+ Have a data driven mindset, providing clear articulation of value the operations team is providing.

+ Help to optimize talent acquisition, onboarding, people development committees and resource allocation.

+ Identify bottle necks in how we deliver products, take a scientific approach in resolving those issues, scaling the solution across the organization.

+ Define and execute strategy for Ford’s beta testing program (Ford Early Access) with over 2,000 Ford customers.

+ Build and nurture customer base and promote engagement in order to help Digital Product Managers and other teams across Ford gain critical customer feedback.

+ Support the Digital Product Management organization by building a sustainable feedback loop with customers.

+ Define measurable success metrics to meet core business objectives and realize value for the organization.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ 8+ years in a management role and progressive responsibilities in the technology, business development, or operations space

+ 3+ years in a product management role

+ Knowledge of product management and software related tools, data collection, and data visualization

+ Experience using data to influence decisions at an executive or leadership level

+ Excellent communication as demonstrated by the ability to influence partners and teams

+ Presentation development & delivery

+ Experience and knowledge in working with KPI’s and OKR’s

+ Experience facilitating user interviews and other market research

+ Strong leadership skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

+ Creative thinking to assist product teams in managing operations

+ Ability to organize and manage several different workstreams at once

+ Adaptable and able to handle a high amount variability

+ Fast working and organized

Even better, you may have…

+ Consulting experience with a focus on product management, software, or design a plus

+ Master’s degree in business, administration, organizational development, computer science, or related field

+ Demonstrated attributes of creativity, innovation, being data driven and continuous learning

+ Dedicated experience leading product, design, or software teams

+ Ability to apply personal expertise and/or experience regarding software development, product management or design
