Job Description - Product Owner

3Ci is currently seeking a UAT/ORT Test & Deployment Coordinator to join our Client's team in the utilities sector. As a UAT/ORT Test & Deployment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and parallel testing. The ideal candidate will posses strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of design elements, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Essential Functions

Partner with System Integrators and Leadership team to define the test strategy and approach for UAT, ORT, and parallel testing
Collaborate with System Integrators and Leadership team to develop a comprehensive Deployment workplan, including a list of activities for successful production deployment (may involve co-leading or facilitating deployment status update meetings, ensuring clear ownership of activities, and following up on status, issues, and risks)
Maintain and update PMO records, including weekly metrics and status reports
Document and escalate issues and risks and ensure updates are made to the overall program Integrated Project Plan
Provide guidance and direct work for a team of Test Analysts, ensuring that deliverables are met
Partner closely with Developers, System Support Analysts, and Business Process Leads to identify, track, and resolve dfects
Monitor key testing metrics and conduct periodic reviews to measure and ensure consistent progress
Thoroughly document test results
Perform other tasks as required
