Job summary
The IPIE Project Coordinator will provide leadership for one or more of IPiE's programs and/or projects Supports IPiE leaders with program and/or project design, management, implementation, and expansion Develops and refines strategies for planning, executing, and refining the successful implementation of programs and/or projects

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership for one or more of IPiE's programs and/or projects • Support IPiE leaders with program and/or project design, management, implementation, and expansion • Develop and refine strategies for planning, executing, and refining the successful implementation of programs and/or projects • Provide leadership and supervision of program staff • Oversee project budgets • Serve as the point of contact for external partners, the SOE and broader campus community, and other community partners
Requirements
• Master's degree in Education or a related field, ideally in Learning Sciences, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively with a collaborative team of colleagues • Ph.D. in Education or related field, ideally in Learning Sciences, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership (preferred) • Extensive experience with university-school collaborations and long-term partnerships (preferred) • Knowledge of university, district, and school cultures, policies, and operations (preferred) • Experience in the use of technology to support communication, information management, and virtual professional learning (preferred) • Experience in program development and implementation (preferred)
