Position Overview: The Federal Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of federal projects and programs, and for ensuring they meet all regulatory, budget, and timeline requirements. This role requires the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate the implementation of those plans.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, standards, and codes.
• Monitor project progress and budget, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Develop and deliver effective presentations related to projects and programs.
• Evaluate the performance of projects and programs and develop recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Federal Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Construction, USACE, Commercial, Government, NAVFAC, Army Corp Engineers, Infrastructure, AFB, Naval, Disaster Recovery, and Secure Construction.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
