POSITION DESCRIPTION: Affiliate Marketing Coordinator We are excited to welcome a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to our team at [Company Name]. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Community Marketing Manager to develop and implement engaging offers and promotions, contributing significantly to the growth of our Clubs. Your primary responsibilities will involve cultivating relationships with potential affiliates, optimizing affiliate performance, and staying abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities. You'll be instrumental in sourcing and negotiating with new affiliates, ensuring they align with our brand values. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Community Marketing Manager to create compelling offers and promotions.
Develop and maintain a strategic list of potential affiliates and implement re-engagement strategies to enhance affiliate performance.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Source and negotiate agreements with a minimum of 250 new affiliates monthly.
Provide affiliate guides, recommend posts, and manage affiliate activity calendars.
Review and approve affiliate applications to ensure alignment with our brand values and target audience.
Utilize affiliate software to track performance metrics and revenue generation.
Ensure affiliate compliance with company guidelines, branding standards, and ethical practices.
Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network. Key Performance Indicators: Effective management of the affiliate program aligned with strategic goals.
Attract and retain high-performing affiliate partners with a minimum retention rate of 90% annually and 250 new affiliates per month.
Increase affiliate-generated revenue month over month.
Establish a metric for measuring affiliate satisfaction within the first year and propose strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure affiliate partnerships align with industry standards and company policies. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in an affiliate marketing role.
Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube best practices in affiliate marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on timely responses.
Passion for pickleball with a solid understanding of the sport (preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
