Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Frontend Developer for a full-time, onsite position located in Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing components, building responsive web applications, collaborating with designers and back-end developers, and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities. Qualifications

1. Expertise in Front-End Development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
2. Proficiency in building Responsive Web Designs for optimal user experiences
3. Experience with Back-End Web Development and its integration with front-end applications
4. Knowledge of overall Web Development and Software Development principles
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7. Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
8. Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, preferred
9. Professional-level fluency in English and Russian

Additional Requirements

1. Solid foundation in React (hooks, context, custom hooks, component lifecycle)
2. Solid foundation in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or MobX)
3. Experience with TypeScript in frontend projects
4. Proficiency with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or esbuild)
5. Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, SCSS, or LESS)
6. Familiarity with component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS)
7. Understanding of browser rendering behavior and web performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization)
8. Experience writing unit and integration tests for frontend code (Jest, React Testing Library, or Vitest)
9. Knowledge of RESTful API integration and WebSockets for real-time features
10. Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
11. Experience with code review workflows and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
12. Ability to debug and profile frontend applications using browser DevTools and performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals)
13. Understanding of security best practices for frontend (XSS prevention, CSRF, secure storage)
14. Experience with package managers (npm, yarn, or pnpm)
15. Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) for collaboration
16. Strong foundation in asynchronous JavaScript (Promises, async/await, event loop)
17. Willingness to stay current with emerging frontend technologies (Next.js, Astro, or similar)
