Job Description - Marketing Specialist

TRIGO Americas Marketing Specialist

Remote with onsite office in Auburn Hills, MI

Full-time with benefits

TRIGO, a global quality management company, is seeking a multi-talented and skilled Marketing Specialist for the Americas B2B marketing department. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, creating, implementing, monitoring and measuring marketing programs and campaigns for the Americas. This individual will possess a multi-faceted skill set which would include graphic design, database management, email marketing, digital marketing, video creation, social media, lead generation, and tradeshows/events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Our candidate will work with a variety of internal and external TRIGO stakeholders from many countries and cultures on branding, awareness, revenue-driven and value-added marketing projects including:

Lead Generation

  • Marketing Collateral- Graphic creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and tradeshow displays.
  • Email Marketing- Graphically design, layout, create and write email marketing campaigns in MailChimp and/or other software programs. Create and generate targeted email lists for campaigns.
  • Webinars- Design and write registration pages and forms for webinars, email blasts and other promotional campaign assets.
  • Social Media- Create Facebook and LinkedIn page graphics and text for social media messaging.
  • Digital Marketing- Create digital ad campaigns and report metric tracking results.
  • Websites/Landing Pages- Develop, create and deploy website landing pages. Keyword optimize, monitor SEO and report results.
  • Video- Create, film and edit videos for social media, website, company information and promotional campaigns.
  • Database Management- Work with our Microsoft Dynamics database and Excel for email marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Tradeshows/Events -Create and maintain booth elements including display properties, signage, literature and promotional products.

Assist Sales Team in Business Development Opportunities

  • Presentations- Graphically design and write custom Request For Quote/new business development PowerPoint presentations, proposals and case studies that support our Sales Team.
  • Lead Generation- Lead generation, qualification and distribution.

Support Human Resources Programs

  • Recruitment -Support HR recruitment initiatives including writing and graphically designing flyers, signage, presentations and collateral for company recruitment.
  • Employee Relations -Create and deploy IMPACT talks and safety awareness materials.
  • Employee Newsletter- Write, graphically design and electronically distribute the America's company newsletter. Includes interviewing article contributors, writing articles and capturing photos/creating graphic designs to support newsletter creation.

Maintain Corporate Brand Integrity

  • Brand Guidelines -Maintain and adhere to all corporate brand identity guidelines for all marketing materials.

Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Job Skills, Competencies & Experience

  • Previous B2B marketing experience
  • Fluent English and excellent writing/copywriting skills
  • Exceptional graphic and PowerPoint design presentation skills
  • Video filming, development, creation and editing video footage
  • Creating, developing and deploying landing pages that are SEO optimized
  • Microsoft Dynamics database usage
  • Webinar creation and deployment
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Creating and deploying email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and/or other email software programs including graphics, registration pages and forms
  • LinkedIn & Facebook design, social posting and implementation
  • Creation and deployment of digital ad campaigns
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and on numerous projects simultaneously
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively across various cultural and demographic backgrounds
  • Previous experience marketing in the quality or manufacturing industries
  • 10-15 years of experience

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.

Location: Remote position and on-site office located in Auburn Hills, MI.

Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
