The Marketing, Regulatory and Operational Communications team is seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Campaign Developer with expertise in utilizing the Adobe Experience Platform ( AEP ). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience creating audiences utilizing AEP . As a vital member of the team they will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing audience segments to enhance our marketing strategies and drive business growth.

As a Senior Marketing Campaign Developer (Senior Professional, Database Marketing), you will collaborate closely with our marketing and analytics team to leverage the Adobe Experience Platform ( AEP ) for audience development. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data to create actionable audience segments. Additionally, you will contribute to the integration of various data sources and ensure the seamless flow of information across systems. Your insights and expertise will be instrument in optimizing our marketing campaigns and improve customer targeting strategies. You will implement best-known practices and develop key relationships with all impacted business areas.

+ Partners with associates in other business areas to define business needs and help translate those needs into system requirements

+ Utilizes Adobe Experience Platform ( AEP ) to create audiences using attributes and events

+ Assists in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation

+ Assists in implementation and configuration of the Adobe Experience Platform ( AEP ), including customization and integration with other systems

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into audience targeting strategies

+ Collaborates with business partners to implement communication strategies through campaign development, enhancement, and maintenance

+ Optimizes audience segmentation and targeting based on performance metrics and insights

+ Provides consultation to partners from the perspectives of database marketing capabilities, best practices, and learnings from past communications

+ Works with IT and multiple business partners and with proprietary campaign management systems and industry leading Marketing Automation tool for campaign data acquisition, extraction, evaluation and quality assurance testing

+ Continually identifies ways to improve and enhance current campaign operational processes, increasing value and usability and optimize end-to-end process

Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience as a campaign audience developer

+ Experience in audience segmentation and targeting including Adobe Campaign OR Unica OR SalesForce Marketing Cloud

+ Familiarity with SQL and database management

+ Experience with documenting and/or gathering requirements

+ Database marketing experience including campaign management and coordination, end-user needs identification, specification of content and testing requirements

+ Experience with Ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction

+ Experience working with cross functional teams including Information Technology and in-line business teams (e.g. Marketing Communications, Clinical, Web)

+ Possess a keen analytical mindset and the capability to independently navigate and address various priorities

+ Experience in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

+ Prior health insurance industry experience

+ Experience in Adobe Experience Platform ( AEP ) creating audiences using attributes and events

+ Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

+ Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards

+ Experience documenting and developing new and existing processes

Additional Information

This role is a nationwide remote role. Candidate must be able to accommodate EST time zone.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Work-At-Home Requirements

+ To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

+ Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

+ Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 – $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
