We are looking for a persistent, humble, hard-working Sales Coordinator with a can-do attitude who also loves technology. You'll work on our Client Acquisition Team as an integral part of our “sales machine” where you’ll turn leads into sales presentations for our seasoned closers. Your primary areas of responsibility will be:

• Initiating and maintaining contact with our most promising leads through our automated outbound email system.
• Coordinating conferences/trade shows for the team to include identifying promising conferences/shows; registering and paying for attendees; purchasing and shipping trade show materials and equipment; arranging for travel and accommodations for the team.
• Setting meetings at conferences/trade shows with high-quality prospects.
• Attending conferences and interacting with potential customers.
• Learn from our Senior Business Advisor and grow your knowledge of Business-to-Business sales, positioning, negotiation, sales presentations, and sales process engineering.

This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position (no commission) that will work at our Lincoln, NE office. Expect 15-20% travel annually.

RentVision is on a mission to make renting apartments easy. We provide a predictive apartment marketing system to our clients in the multifamily industry, including solutions like web & mobile sites, SEO, predictive digital advertising, photo & video, analytics, and strategic advising.

Requirements

• Bring the talent. Experience is a plus, but there is no minimum level of experience required for this position. For this role, we are simply looking for and hiring extremely talented individuals that want to work hard, learn, and grow.
• Write like a pro. As the first point of contact with a potential lead, you’ll need to draft professional, accurate, and articulate communication that represents RentVision well.

• Talk even better. Verbal communication skills are an absolute must. Speaking confidently to executives and VP's is make or break in this role, so you’ll need to be a smooth and authentic communicator that can move a conversation in the right direction.

• Operate with humility and persistence. The work in this role can be challenging and the person in this seat will spend a lot of time learning the multifamily industry inside-out. The right team member for this seat will be ready and eager to learn. The most successful candidates will have a willingness to work and the humility to learn and grow.
• Manage time well. Hitting your goals every day will require self-management. A top performer in this role will know how to manage their time well in order to ensure optimal performance during every interaction with potential clients. You’ll be expected to manage your own schedule, to include break times, so that your output is always consistent in volume and high in quality.
