Mast Roofing & Construction is seeking a Sales Manager to provide hands-on leadership to the team and drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will align with and strengthen our culture and mission of honoring God by serving those around us with excellence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success both personally and professionally. The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team and work effectively with the General Manager is essential to the role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and achieve sales goals. In addition, this role will be a resource to the team, bringing a positive, can-do spirit, and strengthening the Mast Roofing & Construction brand.

Sales Manager position qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience, required
• Sales experience within an "in home" setting, preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing successful leadership to a department/team, required
• An understanding of construction or related industries, a plus, but not required
• The ability to utilize marketing and advertising strategies to drive growth, a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential
• Proficiency with technology, strongly preferred; with MS Office – specifically Excel / Google Sheets, a plus
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired
