Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential clients. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a full-time, salaried position with excellent potential for growth and advancement. This role is 100% traveling and supporting our communities in Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. You must have the ability to work 10 days on 4 days off when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in order to promote and sell company products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and market opportunities.
- Utilize various sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating how our products and services can meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful completion of projects.
- Monitor and report on sales activity and provide regular updates to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
